New Normal, New Culture

In the interest of guest safety during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Crimson group has instituted its “Culture of Clean” program. “It’s an intensified hygiene and sanitation standard which our operation and team members must adhere to. This covers the guest experience, such as pre-arrival requirements for an express check-in, screening of symptoms upon arrival, contact tracing using the StaySafe app as mandated by the government, and hygiene stations around the resort. Back of the house operation also has its standards, including health declaration for all associates and suppliers, vaccination program, and antigen testing protocols,” Belmonte explains.

The group has also partnered with Airtaxi to offer a resort package that includes a chartered flight to the island, eliminating travel via commercial airlines.
